DAY 1 : Hanoi Arrival (D)

DAY 2 : Hanoi full day city tour - Night train to Sapa (B, L, D)
Have local breakfast with owner of homestay, then the present Hanoi city day tour to capital of Vietnam is a city of tree-lined boulevards and lakes with a unique blend of French colonial buildings and Chinese inspired Vietnamese architecture. A full day to explore this fascinating city takes in the One Pillar Pagoda, the Fine Arts Museum, the Temple of Literature, the Lake of the Restored Sword and the bustling 'Old Quarter' with its 36 ancient streets. Lunch is at "famous local street food restaurant". Late afternoon visit to a performance of the famous water puppets. Return to homestay to make dinner with homestay owner. Enjoy family food with warmly dinner. Free at leisure until transfer to train station for taking night train to Sapa. Overnight on train with soft sleeping berth.

DAY 3: Homestay Sapa - trekking villages of Sapa (B/L/D)
The train arrives in Lao Cai at 05: 00 am. Pick up and take the bus ride uphill to Sa Pa takes a little over an hour, giving you a glimpse of the stunning vistas and impressive rice terraces. You'll have breakfast in a local Restaurant. After that, start trekking. The first part is on the road but we soon turn to the right and walk on a small path down the valley to the Muong Hoa River along Y Linh Ho valley and from here lead to the Black H'mong village Lao Chai. Black H'mong is one of the biggest minority groups in the Sapa area. They are proud of their culture and keep their traditions and way of living. They have their own language and wear traditional indigio blue clothing. After this you continue to Ta Van village (1.200 m) to visit Zay people. Zay is a fairly small minority group of about 38.000 people who live mainly in the mountains in Northwest Vietnam . The development has meant that some of their old customs have been lost but many women still wear traditional shirts with a purple, blue or green color. The Zay houses are build of wood and bamboo with a clay floor. Have dinner and overnight with a local family in Ta Van village.

DAY 4: Sapa trekking - Night train back to Hanoi(B/L)
This morning, After the breakfast we continue to visit Red Dao people at Giang Ta Chai where we also have short break near by a hanging brigde made from cane and a beautiful waterfall. The Red Dao women have very colorful red embroidery and coins on their clothing. On their head they wear a red scarf. Some of the women have shaved off their eyebrows because of a nice Red Zao Legend. We continue along small paths in the rice fields, cross the Muong Hoa River and trek up to Su pan where you will meet the jeep and transfer back to Sapa. Have lunch & free at leisure. In the late of afternoon, we transfer you back to Lao Cai station to take Sapa night train back to Hanoi. Overnight on the train.

DAY 5: Hai Duong homestay - Growing rice with buffalo (B, L, D)
Pick you up at railways station, then departure to Hai Duong village, the beautiful sceneries of the rural area, by the way you will pass fields of busy workers farming their rice fields using traditional methods of cultivation. Upon arrival homestay, check-in and change into farm gear and get into some ploughing and raking alongside buffalo in the rice fields. You may even take a ride on the buffalo all the while listening to the farmer explain the process of rice cultivation. Then return to joining cooking class demonstration (teaching you how to make our specialty, traditional food like spring rolls). Having lunch with the local family at homestay. Afternoon, star biking around the village lanes, see some old traditional houses, enjoying the peaceful lifestyle of the local people - a great way to explore the rural Vietnamese's traditional architecture and feature of their culture. After cycling, drive to take bamboo boat for a river cruise to meet and engage with local fishermen and enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and cast net(Chai). You will also experience paddling this unique Vietnamese boat with the water ways of lich on either side of the river. This tour provides you with a cultural window into the ways of life of both our farming and fishing communities. Have dinner with barbecued courses is served. DAY 6: Hai Duong's village - Halong Bay (B/L/D)
Early Morning wake up will take us to the local market, then return to the homestay for having breakfast , After breakfast transfer you to Halong Bay, upon arrive, check-n Deluxe junk cruise, get welcome drinks and having lunch on board, after that enjoy beautiful sceneries and exciting hours of Halong bay cruise will provide us a fantastic view of the picturesque scenery blending with the sky and some 3, 000 limestone islands rising amazingly from the clear and emerald water. DAY 8: Ninh Binh - Cycling Mua caves - Tam Coc - Phat Diem Cathedral (B/L/D)
Having breakfast, then cycling villages and rice paddies forwards to Mua caves, hike up to Mua cave with 460 steps to see the panorama view, then transfer to Tam Coc harbor, take boat ride in Tam Coc grottoes that we will enjoy the spectacular scenery while gliding along the river among rice paddies and ranges of limestone mountains of Halong Bay in land. Have lunch at local restaurant.
Afternoon, starts drive to Phat Diem cathedral, this is one of the most beautiful and unique cathedral in Vietnam, it become the center of Catholicism in north Vietnam. Visits complex were built by stone between 1875-1899 and has been classified as a historic and cultural relic. The cathedral is the main focus of worship for Ninh Binh Province's 140,000 Roman Catholics. Known as Faifo to early Western traders, it was one of South East Asia’s major international ports and today it still retains that special old-world feel. DAY 12: Hoi An - Ho Chi Minh city (B/L)
Free at leisure until transferring to Da Nang airport to take flight to Ho Chi Minh City - Vietnam's largest city has an exciting buzz as millions of people rush around on their daily business. Our tour guide will pick you up at the airport and transfer to hotel to refresh for a while and today you will visit all interesting sites and landmarks in Saigon city tour. First stop is Notre Dame Catholic Cathedral and short visit to French built Post Office nearby, and then we will proceed to see the Reunification Palace, formerly the Presidential Palace governed by the US-pro government of Republic of Vietnam. DAY 13: Saigon - Mekong Delta - Cantho Home stay (B/L)
Leave Saigon for My Tho. My Tho is located on the northern banks of the Mekong river and is the closest town in the Delta area to Ho Chi Minh City, about 2 hours drive away. In the center of the town close to the river there is a large market that sells just about anything that can be eaten or is used in day to day business. Around the My Tho area you will find a maze of small canals that can be explored on one of the many organized Mekong boat tour. Enjoy a boat ride on the Mekong River and visit an orchard on an island, with lunch en route. Continue with a visit to a snake farm and then continue driving to Can Tho. DAY 14: Can Tho - Saigon (B/L/-)
Early morning board for a 3-hour cruise to Cai Rang and Phong Dien, 2 big floating markets with stops at a Bun Tau noodle factory and a short trek before arriving at a rice-husking mill. You can even try passing one of the many fragile monkey bridges along the canals photo shot. At the floating markets, you will discover a typical way of displaying and advertising farm products of local people gathering on the Mekong river to trade their goods. Drive back to Saigon with a lunch stop at My Tho. Overnight in hotel.

Day 15 : Tay Ninh - Cu Chi Tunnels (B/L/D)
Pick up you at your hotel, then drive to Tay Ninh where most of Vietnam Cao Dai Temple is located. Cao Dai sect which is a religion occurs almost exclusively in Vietnam and includes a wonderful mix of including Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism and Taoism. You'll be surprised at the beauty of this temple, the whole is reminiscent of a religious wonderland. From twelve hours, you miss an opportunity to behold. After lunch an impressive excursion to the infamous Cu Chi Tunnels, from which the Viet Cong, the Americans fought. The tunnels were during the war, part of an ingenious network of 300 km. tunnels hospitals, command centers and weapons factories connected to each other. If the position of the groundwater levels were allowed dug, often connected by doors that were protected by booby traps. You have the opportunity to own some one hundred meters through the tunnels to crawl. Have dinner at local restaurant & overnight in Hotel.
